Интересно, много ли людей обращаются к вам за ссылками....?

да практически никого Как сказал один врач (некто Максим Осипов) из последнего ток-шоу "Школа злословия": врач вообще-то обязан знать английский. Но именно у нас на Руси, вероятно, это не обязательно.

Что касается личных дел. Да вроде пока так... ни шатко ни валко.

Был очередной приступ 22 февраля, вечером, как раз в ванной.

ГСП, но слабже чем обычно. Сознание потерялось буквально на секунды. И это при увеличенной дозе ламиктала.

Если детали интересны:

Добавили 25 мг ламиктала таким образом:

на ночь: 300 МГ Депакин-Хроно + 50мг Ламиктала, утром - эти дополнительные 25 мг ламиктала.

После увеличения дозы - две недели подряд была отчетливая дневная сонливость и вялость. Непосредственно перед приступом, вечером, она сказала, что просто с ног валится.

После этого, решили эти 25 мг передвинуть на обед, на 12 часов дня. Так теперь и принимает. Сонливость ушла.

Ну смотрим что дальше будет. Если следующий приступ будет в пределах месяца, добавим еще 25 мг, но что-то у меня закралось такое ощущение, что ламикталом тут не дожать.

На нейроБОС занимаемся через день. Говорит, что после занятий стало появляться чувство спокойствия и ясности в голове. Но об этом в общем-то и пишут в статьях.
Она же у меня в аспирантуре учится. Так вот что бывает очень часто: до занятий на нейроБОС она говорит, что отзанимается и сразу ляжет спать, но после 30 минут занятий на нейроБОС садится за компьютер и еще работает 1,5 -2 часа. Говорит, что чувствует прилив умственных сил.

Самое прикольное, что при увеличении дозы ламиктала результаты на нероБОС ухудшились (!) Вот только сейчас начало все приходить к прежним показателям.

Я не исключаю, что ламиктал каким-то образом стал попутно тормозить и новые ранее благоприобретенные на нейроБОС стабилизирующие функциональные связи. Выражась языком термодинамики: сдвинул систему с положения динамического равновесия, только куда-то не туда. Вот уж действительно: лес рубят, щепки летят.

Ну что еще. Как уже говорил, будет возможность ближе к лету, подъедем к вам.

Не торопитесь с выводами. Если приступы стали короче, это обнадеживает...
Ламиктал - рабочие дозы до 400 мг/сут, в среднем 200, раньше дозы 100 мг/сут вообще сложно оценить результаты.
Так что можно смело поднимать.
Если ламиктал будет плохо переносится или не даст желаемых результатов - есть еще варианты.
Вас очень ждем летом. Хочется помочь и хочется познакомиться...


ТО что никто не спрашивает литературу... Грустно конечно.., но на конфах зарубежных русская делегация в основном музеи разглядывает...

Немного новостей . Вот и пошли к нам пациенты с нарколепсией... Это очень интересно. И вся ваша лит-ра абсолютно в тему.. (еще раз низкий поклон).
Начали смотреть апное и заниматься СЕРАР.

После следующим этапом будем форсировать развитие и продвижение направления лечения сосудистой и вегетативной патологии... В чем у нас есть тоже очень большой опыт....

Рад слышать Ваше мнение, что есть большой запас по ламикталу.

Честно, не хотелось бы депакином решать вопрос, хотя, опять же интуитивно я чувствую, что монотерапия депакином именно в нашем случае была бы самое оно. Но Вы же понимаете: вес, волосы и все дела. Для женщины это очень важно. Ну я уверенно смотрю в будущее дожмем всяко-разно

Воспоминания про Красноярск - много докладов "Эпилепсия в Красноярском крае", "Эпилепсия в Туве".
Сегодня был "Эпилепсия в Казани". Особой разницы не заметил. Интересно было в 2001 году (см статью "Организация амбулаторной помощи...").

Эх, Алексей, вот проводите вы громадную просветительскую работу, я стараюсь вам помогать... Очень хочется верить, что от наших стараний будет какой нибудь толк...
